4 Ingredient Coconut Cream Pie

Coconut cream pie is one of my husbands absolute favorites, and I’ve rested out so recipes that just didn’t hit the spot. On my most recent grocery run, I threw a few items in my cart for a last minute idea with no recipe to follow and no idea how it would turn out. I put the recipe to the test today and not only was it a huge success but he went back for multiple slices of pie!


So if you’re a fan of cheap, easy recipes, this one is for you.

Ingredients

  • 2 3.4oz boxes of Jell-O Coconut Cream Pudding mix

  • 3 cups of milk

  • 1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inches

  • 1 8oz tub of cool whip or whipped cream


How to Make It

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and the milk until well blended and thick

  2. Pour the pudding and milk mixture into the pie crust

  3. Set in fridge to cool, 2-4 hours

  4. Once cool, remove pie from fridge and top with cool whip. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

  5. Enjoy!
