It's been awhile since I've written an update on our farmhouse and it feels like things are moving so quickly now! Here's a glimpse into what we've been up to:
December 17: The front gable was put on the house
December 18: The doors and the windows were installed
December 24: The roof was installed, interior framing was complete, the base for the front porch was built and the stairs to the basement were built
January 1: The fireplace was installed and the electrician began installing electrical boxes throughout the house
January 7: The subfloors were prepped
January 19: Guest tub and master tub was moved into their locations
January 25: Vents were cut into the floors and the rest of the HVAC was installed. The basement floors and the garage floors were poured
February 1: Siding install began! Plus, the rooms in the basement were framed and plumbing was run to the basement bathroom
February 5: Siding was finished, the porch ceiling was installed and all light boxes were installed
