Graham Cracker Cream Pie

I made this recipe a few years ago, and now I get asked to make this every year around the holidays. I have a couple versions of this that I'll share with you but this is the tried and true base recipe. It's so easy and so inexpensive, you'll have to try it with your family. The flavor is light and delicious so it's great for every season.


Here's what you need:

  • 1 3.4oz box of Vanilla Pudding Mix

  • 1 1/3 cups of milk

  • Vanilla extract

  • 1 8oz tub of cool whip

  • 1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inches


Here's how you make it:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk and a dash of vanilla extract until well blended and thick. It will be thicker than typical pudding mix.

  2. Add half of the cool whip to the pudding mix and stir until well blended. It should be light and fluffy.

  3. Add the pudding/cool whip mixture to the graham cracker pie crust

  4. Top with remaining cool whip mixture

  5. Set in fridge to cool for at least 4 hours until ready to serve!

  6. Enjoy!
